Helpdesk Tech

Support FullTime $15 - $20 / hr

Join our support team acting as the first line of defense for our business clients. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving puzzles and helping businesses stay productive.


HOURS & FLEXIBILITY

25-40 hrs/wk. We offer flexibility between Part-Time and Full-Time schedules based on ticket volume and your availability.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Answer technical support calls and manage the helpdesk ticket queue.

- Troubleshoot network, printer, and software issues remotely via RMM tools.

- Assist with workstation setups and user account management (O365/Google Workspace).

- Assist senior techs with on-site service calls when required.


THE HYBRID ROLE

As a growing local business, all team members assist with front-of-house duties. You will occasionally greet customers, check in devices, and process retail transactions.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with Active Directory or Microsoft 365 is a plus.

- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

- Reliable transportation for on-site service calls.
