You are the face of Akins PC Repair. We need a friendly, organized individual to manage the front counter and ensure every customer feels welcome and helped.
HOURS & FLEXIBILITY
25-40 hrs/wk. We offer flexibility between Part-Time and Full-Time schedules.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Greet customers and manage the check-in/check-out process for repairs.
- Answer phone calls and manage the shop schedule.
- Sell accessories, computers, and service packages to walk-in clients.
- Perform basic intake diagnostics (visual inspection, initial notes) to assist the technical team.
- Maintain a clean and professional retail floor.
THE HYBRID ROLE
While primarily a customer service role, you will be working closely with the technicians. You will have the opportunity to learn basic troubleshooting and repair triage.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous retail or customer service experience.
- A friendly, energetic personality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- An interest in technology is a huge plus!
